A novel approach of In vitro antibody production was carried out for successful immobilisation to detect pathogenic bacteria present in biofilms of wound beds which is otherwise have not been identified by age old culture and PCR methods. This enables to face the emerging problem of identifying and treatment of multibacterial biofilms.
