TFKE41 Proteomics

The expanding area of protein science called proteomics is the effort to identify and characterize the full protein representation of an organism. In this course, students learn how methodologies developed within genetics, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, structural biology, and bioinformatics can be combined into strategies for, mainly, expression proteomics and interaction/functional proteomics.
