There are 16 double-hour lectures in this course, dealing with fundamental knowledge demanded for optoelectronic devices, and various opto-electronic processes. Lecture notes (14 chapters) are available for downloading as pdf files, and updated every year in order to reveal the advances in R&D and market of this hot field.
