I have a master’s degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University (1998), and I completed my PhD at the division of Semiconductor Materials in 2002. The thesis was entitled ”Simulations of Silicon Carbide Chemical Vapor Deposition”. In 2004 I started working for Sandvik developing high temperature resistive materials. 2009 I was appointed R&D Manager for Modeling and Simulations at the same company. During 2012 I worked as a senior consultant within Computational Fluid Dynamics at FS Dynamics, Sweden, one of the largest companies providing technical calculation services in the Nordic countries. Since February 1st 2013 I am Scientific Manager and Lecturer at the Semiconductor Materials division.
