Welcome to the Semiconductor Materials Group
The Semiconductor Materials Division, is a part of the Material Science Group at the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology, at Linköping University.
We cover a broad spectrum from basic research to projects of an applied character. Our activities concerns both growth of semiconductor materials, material and defect characterisation, and fundamental properties of semiconductor material.
We have a strong cooperation with industry, as well as with international partners and projects.
