In conclusion, as predicted, urban individuals were bolder, less neophobic and better at problem solving abilities than the rural ones. Hence, Urban environments may be acting as selective forces for the studied behavioural traits. However, this study cannot respond to; to what extend these differences are due to natural selection (genetic adaptations) or due to experience-driven responses (habituation or learning). It is recommended to continue further studies using different methodologies to assess this question.
