PhD in Applied Physics at Linköping university 1997. Title: Surface and Interface Phenomena Studied with Pd Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Structures: adsorption, catalytic reactions, hydrogen sensing and Pd restructuring. Supervisor: Prof. Lars-Gunnar Ekedahl.
