The Swedish Sensor
Centre, S-SENCE, is a centre of excellence within the field of bio- and
chemical sensor science and technology, comprising a direct co-operation
between the Division of Applied Physics at Linköping University and
industrial partners. The goal of S-SENCE is to develop bio- and chemical
sensors for industrial applications.
The Swedish Sensor Centre,
S-SENCE, is one of 30 governmental-appointed center of excellence which have
been initiated by the Swedish Agency for Innovation Systems (VINNOVA). S-SENCE
is financed by VINNOVA, Linköping University and our industrial partners.
For the moment more than 60 persons are involved in seven partly overlapping
projects, including senior researchers and PhD students from both university
and industry.
